1. Agreement
By using CartWhiz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Using CartWhiz
- You are responsible for activity under your account and keeping login credentials secure.
- Do not misuse the service (abuse, hacking attempts, excessive automated requests).
- Households are shared spaces — invite only people you trust.
3. Your content
You own the content you create (lists, items, meals). You grant CartWhiz permission to host and process your content solely to operate and improve the service.
4. Availability
We aim for reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change over time.
5. Disclaimers
CartWhiz is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent allowed by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, CartWhiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Termination
You may stop using CartWhiz at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
